    两种方法检测中国芦荟不同部位多糖含量

    Determination of polysaccharides in different parts of Chinese Aloe by two methods

    • 摘要: 以苯酚-硫酸显色反应法和电化学差示脉冲伏安法,测定比较芦荟的凝胶、整叶、叶皮和根茎的多糖含量,结果表明:苯酚-硫酸显色反应法和电化学差示脉冲伏安法均取得良好的线性关系、精密度和回收率;芦荟的多糖含量以根茎最高,叶片的皮次之,凝胶最少。

       

      Abstract: Polysaccharide contents in gel, whole leaf, leaf epidermis and rootstalk of Chinese Aloe were measured by phenol-sulfuric acid coloration method and electrochemical differential pulse voltammetry. The results showed that both the phenol-sulfuric acid coloration method and electrochemical differential pulse voltammetry had good linear relation, precision and recovery. The content of polysaccharide in the rootstalk of aloe was the highest, the leaf epidermis was inferior and the gel was the lowest.
