    泉州市部分海产品中霍乱弧菌的实时荧光定量PCR检测及分析

    Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR detection and analysis of Vibrio cholerae in some marine products in Quanzhou City

    • 摘要: 对泉州市某区海产品中的霍乱弧菌进行实时荧光定量PCR检测,经特异性试验表明:该方法能选择性检测O1和O139群霍乱弧菌,而且特异性好、灵敏度高,能有效克服假阳性,结合传统的病原微生物培养方法,可用于临床检验及卫生检测。检测结果显示,该次送检海产品检出的2例O1霍乱弧菌均无毒力基因ctx,但仍需加强监测,预防散发和暴发流行。

       

      Abstract: Vibrio cholerae in some marine products in Quanzhou City was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR, the specificity test showed that this method could selectively detect Vibrio cholerae O1 and O139 group with good specificity and high sensitivity, and effectively overcome the false positives, and had great guidance on the significance of clinical examination and health inspection combined with the traditional culture method of pathogenic microorganisms. The tested results showed that both two case of detected Vibrio cholerae from tested marine products had no virulence genes CTX, but still needed to strengthen the monitoring to prevent distribution and outbreak of the disease.
