    利用‘莱牧1号’栽培平菇的培养基配方试验

    The test of spawn culture medium formulas for Pleurotus ostreatu cultivated by Pennisetum sp.

    • 摘要: 利用三级系统筛选法对莱牧1号作为平菇培养基的最适宜配方进行研究,结果表明:利用莱牧1号栽培平菇的适宜培养基配方为莱牧1号42%、芒萁35%、麸皮20%、石膏2%、石灰1%、含水量63%,用该配方栽培的平菇菌丝生长速度快、长势旺盛,平均每袋产量770.85 g,生物学效率102.78%,与对照棉籽壳栽培平菇的产量和生物学效率无显著差异,可替代棉籽壳栽培平菇。

       

      Abstract: The study was conducted to screen the best culture medium formula for Pleurotus ostreatu cultivated by Pennisetum sp,using three stage system screening method.The results showed that the best formula for Pleurotus ostreatu cultivated by Pennisetum sp.was 42% of Pennisetum sp.,35% of Dicranopteris dichotoma,20% of wheat bran,2% of gypsum and 1% of lime,with 63% of water content.When using this formula,the mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatu grew fast.The average yield was 770.85 g per bag,and the biological efficiency was 102.78%,there were no significant difference comparing to the formula with cottonseed hulls.In conclusion,Pennisetum sp.can be used to replace cottonseed hulls for Pleurotus ostreatu cultivation.
