Abstract: The ‘Internet plus’ era will create a entirely new opportunity for archives management. In this paper, the modernized archives management system was promoted to be constructed, which was consist of file resource system, file utilization system, file security system, and so on. And the related developing countermeasures were put forward as follows:to strengthen the organization and leadership, and make scientific plannings; to establish a sound system for standardized management; to carry out education and training and pay attention to talent training; to enhance cooperation and create the sharing platform; to increase investment on information security protection, and others.
