鸭2型腺病毒感染导致番鸭“肝白化病”的研究

Primary study on duck adenovirus 2 infection resulted in Muscovy ducklings' pale liver disease

摘要: 2015年以来，福建省番鸭饲养区的雏番鸭群流行一种以肝脏肿大、颜色变淡呈黄白色、表面有斑驳状或散在点状出血点为特征的疫病，俗称番鸭“白肝病”“肝白化病”。经流行病学调查、病原排查和分离病毒人工感染试验，初步表明该病病原为鸭2型腺病毒。

Abstract: Since 2015, an unknown epidemic disease was being emerged in Muscovy duck flocks in Fujian Province of China. The dead ducklings' livers were swelling, brittle and pale, scattered much hemorrhagic spot on the surface, This disease was named "Pale liver disease" according the autopsy features. Basing on etiology screening, epidemiological investigation and artificial infection studies, the pathogen of this disease was a duck adenovirus 2-related adenovirus, which is different from EDSV and avian adenovirus serotype 4.
