    代用料栽培黑木耳配方优化试验

    Optimized formula for alterative culture substrate in cultivation of black fungus

    • 摘要: 采用菌草、玉米芯、甘蔗渣、棉籽壳替代部分木屑栽培黑木耳,研究6个配方对黑木耳生长及品质的影响,结果表明:配方4(木屑32%+玉米芯21%+甘蔗渣21%+棉籽壳12%)和配方5(木屑32%+菌草21%+甘蔗渣21%+棉籽壳12%)为较优配方,其栽培的黑木耳菌丝长势好、产量高。

       

      Abstract: The Juncao, corncob, bagasse and cotton seed hull were used to partly substitute sawdust in the cultivation of black fungus, and six formulas were designed to study their effects on the growth and quality of black fungus. The results showed that formula 4 (32% sawdust+21% corncob+21% bagasse+12% cotton seed hull) and formula 5 (32% sawdust+21% Juncao+21% bagasse+12% cotton seed hull) were confirmed as the best culture formulas, which had better effects on the mycelium growth and the yield of black fungus.
