    水产饲料中细菌总数测量不确定度的评定

    Evaluation on the uncertainty in measuring total amount of aerobic bacteria in aquatic feed

    • 摘要: 为提高水产饲料细菌总数检测结果的精确度,从送检样品中获得20个样品细菌总数的检测结果,采用合并样本标准偏差的方法评定20个样品细菌总数的扩展不确定度为0.12。当检测结果以2次测定对数值的平均值表示时,其取值于lgA±0.12之间。

       

      Abstract: Measurement uncertainty is to describe the result of suspicious quantification. In order to decrease experimental error and increase the accuracy of total bacterial counting test,quantities of 20 bacterial colonies in aquatic feed were selected as samples, and the measurement uncertainty of them were tested with the method of uniting standard deviation of total samples. The results showed that the expand uncertainty was 0.12; and the value range was lgA±0.12 when expressed as the mean value of two measurements.
