    Problems and countermeasures in the circulation of rural land contractual management right in Mingxi County

    • 摘要: 总结明溪县农村土地承包经营权流转现状及成效，分析现阶段土地承包经营权流转中存在的主要问题，并提出对策。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the status quo and achievement of contractual land circulation in rural areas of Mingxi County was summariced, the main problems in the circulation of land contractual management right were analyzed and some countermeasures were put forward.
