    青藏高原芽胞杆菌资源的收集与保存

    Collection and preservation of Bacillus resources from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

    • 摘要: 为建立青藏高原芽胞杆菌资源名目与资源库,完善我国芽胞杆菌分类体系,2013-2016年福建省农业科学院芽胞杆菌研究团队系统开展了青藏高原芽胞杆菌资源考察,采集的土壤样品分布在海拔500~5100 m,采集生境包括高原荒漠、峡谷、草甸、温带森林、亚热带雨林、热带雨林等。所建立的青藏高原芽胞杆菌资源库,截至2017年3月入库资源载体2827份,芽胞杆菌菌株8532株,其中初步鉴定菌株811株、疑似新种43个。

       

      Abstract: In order to establish the names and resource pool in Bacillus collections from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and perfect the Bacillus classification system in our country, the research team of Bacillus of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences conducted a systematic study on Bacillus on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau in 2013-2016 years. The soil samples were distributed at an altitude of 500-5100 m, and the habitats where the samples collected include plateau desert, canyon, meadow, temperate forest, subtropical rain forest, tropical rainforest, etc. And a resource pool of Bacillus on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was established. By March 2017, 2827 resource vectors and 8532 strains of Bacillus were collected, of which 811 strains were preliminarily identified and 43 were suspected to be the new species. The resource pool of Bacillus spp. on Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has been established.
