Abstract: In order to understand the occurrence regularity of leaf blight, anthracnose and stem rot of Polygonatum sibiricum, occurrence regularity of three diseases were investigated in three planting bases of Polygonatum sibiricum in Guangze in 2016 and 2017. The results showed that the leaf blight and stem rot of Polygonatum sibiricum did not occur in seedling stage and stem rot did not occur in leaf expansion stage. With the growth of Polygonatum sibiricum, these three diseases showed an increasing trend, leaf blight and anthracnose reached the peak in the fruiting period, stem rot peaked at the drying and dead period in the upper-ground part; the overall incidence in 2017 was more serious than that in 2016.
