    金针菇镉改良剂筛选研究

    Study on screening cadmium modifier agent for cultivation of Flammulina velutipes

    • 摘要: 研究不同镉浓度对金针菇菌丝生长的影响,并筛选金针菇栽培镉改良剂,结果表明:镉含量低于5 μg/g对金针菇菌丝生长影响不显著,高于5 μg/g显著抑制菌丝生长,且镉含量越高抑制效果越明显;改良剂能显著降低金针菇中镉的含量,以碳酸钙、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钙3种改良剂的效果较好;推荐添加3%磷酸二氢钙作为金针菇栽培改良剂。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the effects of different concentrations of cadmium on the growth of Flammulina velutipes mycelium were studied and the cadmium modifier on cultivation of Flammulina velutipes was screened. The results showed that the cadmium content which less than 2 μg/g had no significant effect on mycelium growth of Pleurotus ostreatus but higher than 3 μg/g significantly inhibited the mycelium growth, and the higher the cadmium content, the more obvious the inhibition effect. The modified agent can significantly reduce the content of cadmium in Flammulina velutipes, among which, 3 amendments of calcium carbonate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, monocalcium phosphate had better effect. It is recommended to add 3% calcium dihydrogen phosphate as the modifier agent for culturing Flammulina velutipes.
