Abstract:
The contents of selenium in soil and red-membrane peanut seed kernel in Wenheng Town of Liancheng County were sampled and determined. The results showed that the content of selenium in the surface soil of peanut-planting base of each village was 0.172-0.800 mg·kg
-1 with the average value of 0.368 mg·kg
-1. The average content of selenium in the soil of the peanut planting base in Fukeng Village was the highest, and it was a selenium-richened soil. The total content of selenium of the red-membrane peanuts seed kernel cultivated in these villages was 8.0-36.0 μg·kg
-1 with an average value of 22 μg·kg
-1, and the content of selenium in the peanut seed kernel was the highest in Fukeng Village. The content of selenium in soil was positively correlated with that in peanut.
