    海鲜菇工厂化袋式栽培技术

    Industrialized Bag Cultivation Technology for Seafood Mushroom (Hypsizygus marmoreus)

    • 摘要: 海鲜菇是一个珍稀食用菌新品种,口味鲜美而备受市场喜爱。介绍海鲜菇袋式栽培的生产工艺流程,并从栽培种的制备、栽培原料的配置、菌丝培养、出菇管理及采后包装等操作流程,总结海鲜菇工厂化袋式栽培技术。

       

      Abstract: Seafood mushroom (Hypsizygus marmoreus) is a new and rare variety of edible fungus, which has delicious taste and is welcome to the market. The production process for bag mushroom cultivation of seafood mushroom was introduced. From the cultivation process, i.e. the preparation of culture inoculum, the formulation of cultivation materials, the cultivation of hyphae, the mushroom-budding management and the post-harvest packaging, the bag cultivation technique for industrialized seafood mushroom cultivation were summarized.
