    食用型木薯新品种在云霄薯区的试验与评价

    Test and Evaluation of New Edible Cassava Varieties in Cassava-producing Area of Yunxiao

    • 摘要: 以SC9、SC1424、SC6068和SC8229为材料,GR911为对照,在漳州市云霄县进行木薯引种试验。通过对其适应性和产质量的观察、测定与评价,结果表明:各参试品种产量高,食用性好,SC9、SC1424、SC6068和SC8229鲜薯每667 m2产量分别为2.38、3.06、3.85和3.05 t,与对照差异不显著;结合食味、口感、松软度等感官指标,对4个食用型木薯新品种的鲜薯进行品尝,SC1424综合评定食用性最优。

       

      Abstract: An introduction trial of edible cassava varieties, SC9, SC1424, SC6068 and SC8229, was conducted in Yunxiao County of Zhangzhou with GR911 as control. Based on the observation, measurement and evaluation on the adaptability and quality of the above varieties, it was indicated that the varieties tested had high yield and good edible quality. The yield of SC9, SC1424, SC6068 and SC8229 reached 2.38, 3.06, 3.85 and 3.05 t fresh potatoes per 667 m2, respectively, with no significant differences with the control. Considered from the sensory indexes, i.e., taste, mouthfeel, and softness, SC1424 was the best in edible quality among four new edible cassava varieties after tasting examination.
