    微波消解ICPMS法测定海带5种重金属元素含量

    Determination of Five Heavy Metal Elements in Laminaria Japonica by Microwave Digestion ICP-MS

    • 摘要: 选取福建省霞浦县主要产区海带样品,采用微波消解前处理、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定海带Ni、Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn等5种重金属元素含量。通过加标回收试验和国家标准物质的验证,考察该组合方法的准确性和可靠性。结果表明:该方法具有分析速度快、操作简单,灵敏度高、准确度和精密度高的优点,适用于海带多种重金属元素测定。

       

      Abstract: 5 kinds of heavy metal elements, such as Ni, Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn, were determined by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) by selecting samples from the main producing areas of Xiapu, Fujian. The accuracy and reliability of the combined method were examined through the standard recovery test and the verification of national standard materials. The results showed that the method had the advantages of high analysis speed, simple operation, high sensitivity, high accuracy and precision, and was suitable for the determination of various heavy metal elements in kelp.
