    植物精油提取方法及铁皮石斛精油研究进展

    Research Progress in Extraction Methods of Plant Essential Oils and Essential Oils of Dendrobium officinale

    • 摘要: 概述了植物材料的干燥方法对精油提取的影响,介绍了蒸馏法、超临界CO2流体萃取法、微波辅助提取法和超声波辅助提取法的原理和优缺点,并综述了铁皮石斛精油的研究进展,针对铁皮石斛精油主要研究方向提出建议,旨在为铁皮石斛精油的研究与利用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the effects of drying methods of plant materials on essential oil extraction were summarized, the principles, advantages and disadvantages of distillation method, supercritical CO2 fluid extraction method, microwave assisted extraction method and ultrasonic assisted extraction method were introduced, the research progress of essential oil of Dendrobium officinale was reviewed, and some suggestions about its main research directions were put forward in order to provide references for further research and utilization of Dendrobium officinale.
