    马铃薯新品种泉云3号选育与推广

    Breeding and Extension of a New Potato cv. ‘Quanyun No.3’

    • 摘要: 泉云3号是泉州市农业科学研究所、云南省农业科学院经济作物研究所以越南的VT-1为母本、内蒙古的新型栽培自交系NS79-12-1为父本,通过杂交育种程序选育而成的优质、高产、抗病马铃薯新品种,2010年3月通过福建省农作物品种审定委会审定(审定编号:闽审薯2010007)。该品种属中熟品种,株型直立,耐贮性好,2006-2008年参加福建省马铃薯品种区域试验,平均产量为299 212 kg·hm-2,比对照紫花851增产11.02%,抗晚疫病。泉云3号选育与推广成功的关键在于:选择优势互补的亲本配组杂交,利用不同生态环境优选目标性状,采用边试验示范、边繁殖,创新推广模式。

       

      Abstract: Potato cv. ‘Quanyun No.3’ is a new high quality, high yield and disease resistance cultivar cross bred by Quanzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences and Industrial Crops Institute, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences using ‘VT-1’ as female parent from Vietnam and new inbreeding line ‘NS79-12-1’ as male parent from Inner Mongolia. In March 2010 it was approved by Fujian Crop Variety Approval Committee (the approval No:Min Shen Shu 2010007). It was a mid-maturity cultivar with erect plant type and good storage durability. During potato variety regional test in Fujian Province in 2006-2008, its averaged yield was 299 212 kg·hm-2, 11.02% higher than ‘Zihua’ as control and showed resistance to late blight. The key of successful breeding and extension of ‘Quanyun No.3’ was selection of parents having complementary advantages, preferable selection of target traits using different ecological environment, simultaneous demonstration and propagation, and creation of extension pattern.
