    《增雨防雹火箭作业系统技术保障规范》的研究与应用

    Research and Application of “Technical Support Specification for Rain Enhancement and Anti-hail Rocket Operation System”

    • 摘要: 为统一规范福建省增雨防雹火箭作业,福建省三明市气象局总结多年开展增雨防雹火箭作业的实践经验,起草完成福建省地方标准《增雨防雹火箭作业系统技术保障规范》(DB35/T 1461-2014),该标准共分为10章和3个附录。标准的贯彻实施提升了增雨防雹火箭作业的安全性和效益,为净化城市空气、抗旱增雨、防雹减灾和农业增产、农民增收、农村精准扶贫、精准脱贫发挥了重要作用。

       

      Abstract: In order to unify and standardize the operation of rain enhancement and anti-hail rockets in Fujian Province, Sanming Meteorological Bureau summed up the practical experience based on carrying out anti-hail rocket operations for many years, and drafted and completed the local standard of Fujian Province "Technical Support Specification for Anti-hail Rocket Operation System" (DB35/T 1461-2014), which is divided into 10 chapters and 3 appendices. The implementation of the standard has improved the safety and efficiency of the operation of rain enhancement and anti-hail rockets, and played an important role in purifying urban air, anti-drought and rain enhancement, hail control and disaster reduction, agricultural production increase, farmers' income increase, rural poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation.
