    不同浓度α-萘乙酸(NAA)处理对2种多肉植物叶插生根的影响

    Effects of Different Concentration of NAA on Rooting of Two Succulent Plants Propagated by Leaf Cutting

    • 摘要: 研究α-萘乙酸(NAA)50、100、200 mg·L-13个浓度处理对铭月和黄丽2种多肉植物叶插生根的影响。试验结果表明:NAA 3个浓度处理对铭月和黄丽两种多肉植物叶插生根的影响不同,NAA 100 mg·L-1浓度处理对铭月的叶插生根效果较好,生根率达98.33%,平均根长和根系效果指数最大;NAA 50 mg·L-1浓度处理对黄丽的叶插生根效果较好,生根率达98.67%,平均根长和根系效果指数最大。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, effects of three concentration of NAA (50 mg·L-1, 100 mg·L-1 and 200 mg·L-1) on rooting of succulent cv. ‘Mingyue’ and ‘Huangli’ propagated by leaf cutting were studied. The results showed that there were different effects on rooting by using three concentration of NAA. When 100 mg·L-1 NAA was used, ‘Mingyue’ had high rooting ratio, reaching 98.33% and maximum average root length and root effective index. When 50 mg·L-1 NAA was used, ‘Huangli’ had high rooting ratio, reaching 98.67% and maximum average root length and root effective index.
