    不同采收时期和干燥方法对黄秋葵花黄酮的影响

    Effects of Different Harvest Time and Drying Methods on Flavonoids Content of Okra

    • 摘要: 为比较不同采收时期及干燥方法对黄秋葵花黄酮含量的影响,采用水浴超声波法辅助提取、硝酸铝显色法测定不同采收时期及干燥方法下黄秋葵花黄酮的含量。结果表明:不同采收期和不同干燥方法对黄秋葵花黄酮含量有一定的影响,其中以花谢期采摘、80℃烘干条件下的黄秋葵花黄酮含量最高,达2.51%;且其花色最佳,利于黄秋葵花的深加工利用。

       

      Abstract: In order to compare the effects of different harvesting periods and drying methods on the content of flavonoids in okra flower, the method of water bath ultrasonic assisted extraction and Na2NO2-Al(NO3)3 color-developing were used to determine its contents at different harvesting time. The results showed that the content of flavonoids in okra flower was affected in some distance by different harvest time and drying methods, and the content of flavonoids in okra flowers was the highest (2.51%) when it was harvested at flowering stage and dried at 80℃, and its color was the best, which was beneficial to the further processing and utilization of okra flower.
