    不同培养条件下卡州满江红N、P含量的季节变化

    Seasonal Variation of the Contents of N and P in Azolla caroliniana under Different Culture Conditions

    • 摘要: 卡州满江红是良好的肥料、饲料、饵料植物,在农业生产中具有十分重要的作用。采用网室土壤水培养和温室营养液培养2种培养方式,研究卡州满江红3个品系的产量以及N、P含量的季节变化。结果表明:卡州满江红3个品系在网室培养条件下春、夏、秋三季的生物量均高于温室培养,冬季则低于温室培养;春、夏两季温室培养条件下卡州满江红的N含量均高于网室培养,而秋、冬两季则相反;温室培养条件下卡州满江红3个品系的P含量均高于网室培养。

       

      Abstract: A. caroliniana is a good green manure, feed and bait plant, which plays an important role in agricultural production. The seasonal variations of yield and contents of N, P of three strains of A. caroliniana were studied by water-soil culture in net room and nutrient solution culture in greenhouse. The results showed that the biomass of three strains was all higher than that of greenhouse culture in spring, summer and autumn, but lower than that of greenhouse culture in winter; and the content of N in greenhouse was higher than that of incubation in net room during spring and summer, but opposite in autumn and winter. And the content of P of 3 strains in greenhouse was higher than that of in net room.
