    Engineering Example for Dung Treatment and Resource Recovery in Large-scale Piggery

    • 摘要: 研究漳州市华安县某规模化养殖场污水处理与资源化利用情况,采用机械清粪、固液分离、沼气发酵、A/O曝气及生物净化塘处理后,最终出水悬浮物(SS)、化学需氧量(COD)、五日生化需氧量(BOD)、氨氮和总磷的去除率分别可达99.81%、99.43%、99.64%、97.61%和98.58%,最终水质达到《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB18596-2001)的要求。

       

      Abstract: The wastewater treatment and resource utilization of a large-scale piggery farm in Hua'an County of Zhangzhou City were studied. After the treatment process of mechanical cleaning, solid-liquid separation, biogas fermentation, A/O aeration and biological purification pond, the removal rates of SS, COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were 99.81%, 99.43%, 99.64%, 97.61% and 98.58% respectively, and the final water quality met the requirements of "Standard for Pollutant Discharge from Livestock and Poultry Breeding Industry" (GB18596-2001).
