Abstract: Xitan Town, Fu'an City has favorable geographical and climatic condition for planting autumn potato. Autumn potato could obtain high yield, high quality and good economic benefits. The paper summarized key points of cultivation techniques of autumn potato and introduced in detail from the aspects of field selection, field preparation, variety selection, seed potato treatment, sowing in time, field management, control of diseases and pests and timely harvest in order to provide references for production of autumn potato at Xitan Town, Fu'an City.
