    Application of RAPD Molecular Markers on Soybean Breeding

    • 摘要: 为了更好地引导分子标记技术应用到大豆辅助育种当中,综述了RAPD分子标记技术在大豆遗传多样性分析、抗病基因研究、农艺性状研究中的应用,旨在为把该技术应用于辅助培育高产、高蛋白质含量的大豆新品种提供理论依据及指导。

       

      Abstract: In order to apply the technique of RAPD molecular markers in assisted breeding of soybean, the paper reviewed the application of RAPD molecular markers technique in genetic diversity analysis, diseases-resistant genes investigation and agronomic characters of soybean so as to provide theoretical basis and guidance for application of RAPD molecular markers in assisted breeding of high yield, high protein content soybean varieties.
