Abstract: Management right of rural land contract is an important part of property right of rural land. Under the background of rural reform and development, confirmation of land right has become an efficient measures to push ahead with rural land reform and modern development. The paper introduced background and procedure of confirmation of land right and analyzed great practical significance of confirmation of land right on optimizing rural land management system, arousing inspiration of land transfer and accelerating development of moderate scale agriculture management.
