    铁皮石斛扦插育苗技术研究

    Studies on Cutting Seedling Raising Techniques of Dendrobium officinale

    • 摘要: 通过铁皮石斛扦插材料的选择、插穗消毒与植物生长调节剂处理、基质配比选择等进行试验对比,探讨其扦插育苗技术,以提高铁皮石斛插穗抽芽率。结果表明:筛选出利于插穗萌发的生长调节剂与基质组合,即以生长调节剂组合TDZ 200 mg·L-1+NAA100 mg·L-1+IBA200 mg·L-1浸泡处理插穗,配合水苔为扦插基质,30 d抽芽率为80.0%~85.5%,且以假鳞茎以上部幼嫩组织为插穗材料利于芽的分化。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, some practices, such as material selection for cutting, cutting disinfection, treatment with plant growth regulators and substrate ratio of Dendrobium officinale were compared to probe cutting seedling raising techniques so as to improve its cutting sprouting rate. The results showed that the sprouting rate reached 80.0%-85.5% when young tissues above pseudobulbs were used as cuttings, immersed into the suitable combination of plant growth regulator of TDZ 200 mg·L-1+NAA100 mg·L-1+IBA200 mg·L-1 and placed in sphagnum substrate after 30days. Thus it was helpful in bud differentiation.
