Abstract: Rishan Village of Chengyang Town in Fu'an City is a typical poor village in Ningde Prefecture. Staying in the village for one year, we analyzed in-depth the ecological environment, infrastructure, agricultural production, labor resources and other characteristics of the village, put forward the ideas for the development, i.e. the introduction of people, enterprises, and technologies, and the village committees and villagers were organized to carry out river channel improvement for changing the appearance of villages, widen the road for strengthening the developing foundation, develop the characteristic industries for leading production and life, and these have achieved initial effectiveness.
