    花叶金线莲试管工艺制作技术

    Processing Technology of Anemone Roxburghii In-vitro

    • 摘要: 花叶金线莲为福建省农业科学院作物研究所自主选育的金线莲新品种,其叶色墨绿色与金黄色相嵌,形成鲜明的色彩对比,色泽亮丽,具有较高的观赏价值,特别适合于试管花卉的开发应用。从无菌材料获得、培养容器选择与灭菌、培养基配制与灭菌分装、试管工艺接种培养等方面总结了花叶金线莲试管工艺制作技术。

       

      Abstract: Anemone roxburghii is a new variety of Anemone roxburghii bred independently by Crop Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Its leaves colored dark green with golden yellow, which formed an obvious contrast of colors and have a high ornamental value. It especially suit for the development and application of in-vitro flowers. In this paper, the in-vitro process technology of Anemone roxburghii were summarized from the aspects of obtaining sterile materials, selection and sterilization of culture containers, preparation of culture medium, sterilization and packing, inoculation and culture of in-vitro technology.
