    黑皮鸡枞菌工厂化设施栽培技术

    Cultivation Techniques of the Termitomyces Albuminosas Using Factory Facilities

    • 摘要: 黑皮鸡枞菌是一种营养丰富的食用菌,富含多种氨基酸,是食药两用的食用菌之一。福建省顺昌县新菌都菇业发展有限公司于2016年引进试种黑皮鸡枞菌获得成功。结合生产实践,从栽培季节、场地选择、制袋管理、发菌管理、出菇管理及采收加工等方面内容,总结了黑皮鸡枞菌工厂化设施栽培技术。

       

      Abstract: The Termitomyces albuminosas is a kind of edible fungus with rich nutrition, rich in a variety of amino acids, and is one of edible fungi for both food and medicine. Shunchang Xinjundu Mushroom Industry Development Co., Ltd. of Fujian Province successfully introduced the Termitomyces albuminosas in 2016. Based on the production practice, the cultivation techniques for the Termitomyces albuminosas using factory facilities were summarized from the aspects of cultivation season, site selection, bagging management, mycelium growth management, fruitbody emergence management and harvesting and processing, and so on.
