    福橘大小自动分选控制系统的设计与实现

    Design and Implementation of Automatic Sorting Control System for Fruit Size of Citrus reticulata Blanco cv. ‘Fuju’

    • 摘要: 为了降低福橘分选的劳动力成本,提高分选效率和精度,以维控LEVI777A型触摸屏为人机界面,台达DVP12SA211T可编程控制器为控制核心,构建了一套基于机器视觉的福橘大小自动分选控制系统。该系统运行稳定、操作简便、人机界面友好,实现了福橘的自动化分选,有效提高了分选的精度与效率,降低了劳动力成本,具有良好的科研和经济价值。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce labor cost in ‘Fuju’ fruit sorting, improve sorting efficiency and accuracy, Weikong LEVI777A-type touch screen as human-machine interface and Delta DVP12SA211T-type programmble controller as donating core were used to develop a set of automatic sorting control system for fruit size based on machine vision. The control system had merits of stable operation, simple operation and friendly man-machine interface. It could make fruit size of ‘Fuju’ automatic sorting, effectively improve sorting efficiency and accuracy and lowering labor cost. It had excellent scientific research and economic value.
