Abstract: In this context of new-round restructuring of different categories of public welfare research institutions, the paper summarized development overview of public welfare research institutions in Fujian Province and input situation from government in the past ten years. The data in 2015 were taken as example to summarize input and allocation of scientific and technological resources from some aspects including construction of scientific and technological personnel, investment in science and technology, technology platform and fixed assets construction. The achievements of public welfare research institutions in Fujian Province after restructuring were also summarized from some aspects including achievement awards, intellectual property, professional standards, papers, books, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and external scientific and technology services.
