    蛹虫草虫草素研究进展

    Research Progress of Cordycepin in Cordyceps Militaris

    • 摘要: 虫草素是蛹虫草中重要的生物活性之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒、提高免疫力等生物功效,目前主要从蛹虫草相关培养物中提取虫草素。从虫草素的药理作用、提取、分离纯化、测定以及优化虫草素的产量方面进行综述,总结蛹虫草虫草素研究进展,并进行相关展望。

       

      Abstract: Cordycepin is one of the important biological activities in cordyceps militaris, with the biological effects of anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, anti-bacterial, anti-virus and improving immunity. At present, cordycepin is mainly extracted from cordyceps militaris-related cultures. In this paper, the pharmacological effects, extraction, separation, purification, determination and optimization of cordycepin production were reviewed. The research progress of cordycepin was summarized and the related prospects were prospected.
