    黄秋葵根结线虫病的病原鉴定

    Pathogen Identification of Root-knot Nematode on Okra

    • 摘要: 根结线虫种类繁多,鉴定黄秋葵根结线虫病病原种类,可为黄秋葵根结线虫病害防治提供信息基础,并为今后开展黄秋葵根结线虫病的抗病种质筛选、抗病育种提供重要理论依据。从被侵染的黄秋葵根组织中分离雌虫,并采用形态学、同工酶和rDNA-ITS-PCR相结合的方法鉴定黄秋葵根结线虫病病原种类。结果表明:危害黄秋葵根结线虫病的病原为南方根结线虫Meloidogyne incognita

       

      Abstract: There were many species of root-knot nematodes. Identifying the pathogenic species of root-knot nematode disease on okra can provide information basis for the prevention and control of root-knot nematode disease on okra, and provid important theoretical basis for the selection of disease-resistant germplasms and disease-resistant breeding of root-knot nematode disease in the future.The females were isolated from the infected root tissues of okra and the pathogenic species of okra root-knot nematode disease were identified by morphology, isozyme and rDNA-ITS-PCR.The results showed that the root-knot nematodes which harmed okra were Meloidogyne incognita.
