    不同培养基对水稻花药培养力的影响

    Effect of Different Mediums on Anther Culture Ability of Rice

    • 摘要: 以4份不同籼粳成分的水稻为试验材料,分别以不同基本培养基(GM8、N6)、激素(单一激素、复合激素)为变量,设计4种诱导培养基进行花药培养,探讨水稻适宜的花药培养条件。结果表明,GM8培养基对籼稻材料、偏籼型材料具有较好的花药培养效果,N6培养基对粳稻具有较好的花药培养效果;添加复合激素培养基处理其愈伤组织数量和发育情况明显优于单一激素处理,说明复合激素处理出愈率高,花药培养效果好。

       

      Abstract: Four rice cultivars with different indica and japonica components were used as experimental materials, and four induction media were designed with different basic medias (GM8, N6) and hormones (single hormone, complex hormones) as variables to study the suitable conditions for anther culture of rice. The results showed that GM8 medium had better effect for anther culture of indica rice and indica-cline type, and N6 medium had better effect for anther culture of Japonica rice. The number and developmental condition of callus from medium treated with complex hormones were better than that treated with single hormone, which indicated that complex hormones treatment had higher callus rate and better anther culture effect.
