    硝酸钙对百香果种子萌发的影响

    Effects of Ca(NO3)2 on Seed Germination of Passionfruit

    • 摘要: 为探索Ca(NO32对百香果种子萌发的影响,采用不同浓度Ca(NO32溶液对台农一号、紫香1号、黄金3个百香果品种的种子进行处理,研究Ca(NO32对百香果种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数的影响。结果表明:3个百香果品种的种子发芽率随Ca(NO32浓度的增加呈下降趋势,除10 mg·L-1处理外,其他处理与对照差异均达显著水平;紫香1号百香果种子丙二醛(MDA)含量随Ca(NO32浓度的增加而显著降低,台农一号和黄金百香果种子除10 mg·L-1处理外,其他处理与对照相比均显著降低;3个百香果品种的种子发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、相对电导率和胚芽鲜质量均随Ca(NO32浓度的增加而显著降低。因此,Ca(NO32处理对百香果种子萌发有抑制作用,且随着Ca(NO32浓度的提高,抑制萌发效果增加。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the effect of Ca (NO3)2 on seed germination of passionfruit, seeds of Tainongyihao, Zixiangyihao and Golden passionfruit were treated with different concentrations of Ca(NO3)2. The effects of Ca(NO3)2 on the germination energy, germination rate, germination index and vigor index of seed were studied. The results showed that the seed germination rate of three passionfruit varieties decreased with the increase of Ca(NO3)2. Except for the treatment with 10 mg·L-1, the difference between other treatments and the control was significant. The content of MDA in Zixiangyihao decreased significantly with the increase of Ca(NO3)2, and that in Tainongyihao and Golden passionfruit also decreased significantly comparing with the control, except for 10 mg·L-1. The germination potential, germination index, vigor index, relative conductivity and germ fresh weight decreased significantly with the increase of Ca(NO3)2. Therefore, Ca(NO3)2 inhibited seed germination of passionfruit, and with the increase of Ca(NO3)2, the inhibitory effect increased.
