Abstract: Fu'an City is the main producing area of Jufeng grape in Fujian Province. In order to improve the overall benefit of Jufeng grape in Fu'an City, this paper analyzed the problems of planting Jufeng grape in Fuan City, such as serious abscission of flowers and fruits, low sugar content and poor coloring, serious pesticide residue in fruits, and so on. The technology of high quality cultivation and management was summarized from the construction of orchard, training and pruning, flower and fruit thinning, green bagging, fertilizer and water management and comprehensive control of diseases and pests.
