Abstract: With the development of modern agriculture in Ninghua County, the farmers' cooperatives in Ninghua County have developed rapidly, which has greatly promoted the development of local rural areas, increased the agricultural output and increased the farmers' income. However, most farmers' cooperatives do not play a great role, and there are some existing problems such as imperfect operation mechanism, irregular management mechanism, weak brand awareness, shortage of cooperative talents, disordered financial management, shortage of funds and difficulty in financing. Based on the investigation of farmers' cooperatives in Ninghua County, some countermeasures for the standardized development of farmers' cooperatives were put forward set out from the development status and existing problems of farmers' cooperatives in Ninghua County.
