    Research Progress on the Storage and Preservation of Papaya

    • 摘要: 番木瓜是典型的呼吸跃变型水果,在贮藏和运输过程中,极易腐烂变质,因此,对延长番木瓜贮藏保鲜的处理方法开展研究具有极其重要意义。归纳了番木瓜果实保鲜的六大措施,包括涂膜贮藏保鲜技术、熏蒸贮藏保鲜技术、1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理技术、气调保鲜技术、热处理技术和细胞及分子水平调控技术,对各种处理的效果进行了综述,并就当前番木瓜采后贮藏保鲜研究存在的一些问题进行探讨,为开发更多番木瓜贮藏保鲜方法及技术提供理论依据。

       

      Abstract: Papaya is a typical kind of respiratory climactic fruit, which is perishable during storage and transportation. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the treatment methods for the storage and preservation of papaya. Six measures for the preservation of papaya fruit were summarized including coating film storage and preservation technology, fumigation storage and preservation technology, 1-methylcycloproene (1-MCP) treatment technology, modified atmosphere preservation technology, heat treatment technology, cell and molecular level control technology. Then, the effects of various treatments were summed up, and some existing problems in the research on the storage and preservation of postharvest papaya were discussed, thus to provide theoretical basis for developing more storage and preservation methods and technologies of papaya.
