    金线莲种质资源套袋种植保存技术

    Techniques of Bagging Planting and Preservation for the Germplasm Resources of Anoectochilus Formosanus

    • 摘要: 采用隔离套袋种植与浇灌研制的专用配方营养液相结合的方法,达到有效保存金线莲种质资源的目的。从种质资源收集、种植保存基质与器具的选择、套袋种植方法及种质保存管理等方面总结了金线莲种质资源套袋种植保存技术。应用金线莲种质资源套袋种植保存技术保存的种质资源不易受病虫害危害,且种质种植保存过程不需要再另外浇水、追肥,管理简单,具有操作简便、保存成本低,存活率高等优点。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively preserve the germplasm resources of Anoectochilus formosanus, the method of combining the isolated bagging planting with special formulated nutrient solution developed by irrigation was adopted. The techniques of bagging planting and preservation for germplasm resources of Anoectochilus formosanus were summarized from the aspects of the collection of germplasm resources, the selection of substrate and implements for planting and preserving, bagging planting method and the preservation and management of germplasm. The germplasm resources preserved by the techniques of bagging planting and preservation for germplasm resources of Anoectochilus formosanus would not be easy to be damaged by plant diseases and insect pests, and the process of germplasm planting and preservation had no need of additional watering and topdressing, as well as the management was simple, which had the advantages of simple operation, low preservation cost and high survival rate.
