    连城县专用型甘薯新品种引进鉴定试验

    Introduction and Identification Test on New Varieties of Special-use Type Sweet Potato in Liancheng County

    • 摘要: 2018年连城县良种繁育场从福建省农业科学院作物研究所、福建农林大学作物科学学院、龙岩市农业科学研究所等5家单位引进食用与加工型品种以及紫肉型甘薯品种进行鉴定试验,对引进的12个甘薯新品种特征特性、品质、产量和抗病性进行综合比较。结果表明:食用与加工型品种中福薯604产量、食味、品质表现较好,适合作为地瓜干加工型、淀粉加工型及鲜食品种推广种植;泉薯19可作为淀粉加工型品种继续试验。紫肉型品种中金薯14号产量最高,可作为鲜食及加工型品种进行示范推广,福薯404、龙紫9号、福薯24号可作为鲜食品种继续试验,福宁薯12号、福宁紫5号可作为地瓜干加工型品种继续试验。

       

      Abstract: In 2018, Liancheng Seed Breeding Farm introduced the edible and processing variety and purple variety of sweet potato for identification test from 5 units such as Crop Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Crop College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, and Longyan Institute of Agricultural Sciences, etc. The characteristics, quality, yield and disease resistance of 12 new varieties of sweet potato were comprehensively compared. The results showed that in the edible and processing variety, Fushu 604 showed better performance on yield, taste and quality, which was suitable for the extension and plantation as the processing type of dried sweet potato, starch processing type and fresh varieties, while Quanshu 19 could be used as the variety of starch processing type to continue the experiment. In the purple variety, the yield of Jinshu No.14 was the highest, which could be used as the varieties of fresh and processing type for demonstration and extension. And Fushu 404, Longzi No.9 and Fushu No.24 could be used as fresh varieties to continue the experiment, while Funingshu No.12 and Funingzi No.5 could be used as the processing type varieties of dried sweet potato to continue the experiment.
