    不同日粮粗蛋白水平对生长期闽北白鹅生产性能影响的初步研究

    Preliminary Study on the Effects of Different Dietary Crude Protein Levels on the Production Performance of Minbei White Goose During Growing Period

    • 摘要: 旨在研究日粮粗蛋白水平对生长期闽北白鹅生产性能的影响,为生长期闽北白鹅日粮粗蛋白质需要量提供参考依据。采用单因素试验设计,选取体重相近、健康状况好的30日龄生长期闽北白鹅120羽,随机分成3组,每组40羽(公母各半),分别饲喂粗蛋白质水平为14%(低蛋白)、15%(中蛋白)、16%(高蛋白)的试验日粮,其余营养水平保持基本一致,试验预试期7 d,正式期60 d。结果表明:3个试验组日粮均能满足生长期闽北白鹅生长的营养需要,各试验组闽北白鹅均能正常采食、生长,无死亡鹅只发生。随着日粮粗蛋白水平的提高,闽北白鹅的末重和平均日增重均有不同程度的提高,中蛋白日粮组和高蛋白日粮组的末重分别比低蛋白日粮组提高69.6、108.7 g·只-1,平均日增重则分别提高1.2、1.7 g·d-1·只-1。高蛋白日粮组的末重和平均日增重均显著高于低蛋白日粮组(P<0.05),而中蛋白日粮组末重和平均日增重与另外2组的差异不显著(P>0.05)。

       

      Abstract: The aim of the paper was to study the effect of dietary crude protein level on the production performance of Minbei White Goose Goose during the growing period, thus to provide reference for the dietary crude protein requirements of Minbei White Goose during the growing period. The single factor experiment design was adopted to select 120 Minbei White Goose at 30-day growing period with similar weight and good health, being randomly divided into three groups. Each group had 40 (half male and half female) and was respectively fed with the trial diet with crude protein level of 14% (low protein), 15% (medium protein), and 16% (high protein), while the other nutrient levels remained basically the same. The advanced experiment period of the test had 7 days, and the formal experiment period had 60 days. The results showed that the daily rations of the three test groups could all meet the nutritional needs of Minbei White Goose during the growing period, and the Minbei White Goose in each test group could all be fed and grow normally, with no dead goose occurring. With the increase of crude protein level, the final weight and average daily weight gain of Minbei White Goose increased at different degree. The final weight of the group fed with medium protein and the group fed with high protein was respectively 69.6 and 108.7 g per goose higher than that of the group with low protein, and the average daily weight gain respectively increased 1.2 and 1.7 g·d-1 per goose. The final weight and average daily gain of the group fed with high protein were significantly higher than that of the group fed with low protein (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the final weight and average daily weight gain between the group fed with medium protein and the other two groups (P> 0.05).
