Abstract: In order to understand the characteristics of blood biochemical indexes of Daiyun goat and ewe under grazing conditions, 14 biochemical indexes including TP, GLOB, Ca and P in the blood of Daiyun goat and ewe were measured in Youxi County of Fujian Province. The results showed that under the condition of grazing, the 14 blood biochemical indexes of Daiyun goat and ewe of different ages were all within the reference range. There were differences in seroglobulin, urea nitrogen, inorganic phosphorus, total bilirubin and creatinine in Daiyun goat and ewe of different ages, and the other 9 blood biochemical indexes and A/G changed within a small range. The content of seroglobulin, urea nitrogen and total bilirubin in Daiyun goat decreased with the increase of day ages, while the content of inorganic phosphorus and creatinine in Daiyun goat increased with the increase of day ages.
