    水稻品种空育131稻瘟病抗性基因座Pik鉴定及抗性分析

    Identification and Resistance Analysis on Rice Blast Resistance Gene Locus Pik of Rice Variety Kongyu 131

    • 摘要: 粳稻品种空育131具有熟期早、丰产稳产及耐低温冷害等优点,自引入我国后,已成为北方水稻种植区的重要品种之一,对该地区的粮食生产起着重要作用。利用Pik基因座的Pik、Pi1、Pik-p、Pik-m等功能基因的特异分子标记,对空育131基因型进行检测及分析,并在福建省上杭县稻瘟病重发区进行稻瘟病抗性鉴定。结果表明:空育131品种中含有稻瘟病抗性基因Pik,在福建上杭县稻瘟病重发区田间表现苗瘟0级、叶瘟4级、穗颈瘟3级、综合抗性评价中抗。因此,空育131可作为抗源或育种材料。

       

      Abstract: The japonica rice variety Kongyu 131 had the advantages of early-maturity, high and stable yield and low temperature and cold damage resistance. Since it was introduced into China, it has become one of the important varieties in the northern rice growing area, which played an important role in the food production in this area. By using the specific molecular markers of functional genes such as Pik、Pi1、Pik-p、Pik-m in Pik genetic loci, the genotype of kongyu 131 was detected and analyzed, and the resistance to rice blast was identified in the area with heavy rice blast in Shanghang County, Fujian Province. The results showed that the rice blast resistance gene Pik was contained in Kongyu 131, which showed 0 grade of seedling blast, 4 grade of leaf blast and 3 grade of neck blast in the area with heavy rice blast in Shanghang County, Fujian Province. Therefore, Kongyu 131 could be used as resistant material or breeding material.
