    粘红酵母RG-31产虾青素发酵条件优化

    Optimization of Fermentation Conditions for Astaxanthin Produced by Rhodotorula Glutinis RG-31

    • 摘要: 以粘红酵母RG-31为研究对象,通过单因素试验和正交试验对其合成虾青素的培养基和发酵条件进行初步的研究。试验结果表明:粘红酵母RG-31最适培养基为葡萄糖10 g·L-1、牛肉膏3 g·L-1、酵母粉5 g·L-1、K2HPO4 1.5 g·L-1、MgSO4 0.5 g·L-1、CaCl2 0.2 g·L-1;最适培养条件为pH 6,培养温度28℃,转速240 r·min-1,培养时间60 h后,虾青素含量为7.41 μg·mL-1,是优化前(2.84 μg·mL-1)的2.61倍,生物量为20.5 g·L-1,是优化前(10.8 g·L-1)的1.90倍。

       

      Abstract: The culture medium and fermentation conditions for the synthesis of astaxanthin from Rhodotorula glutinis RG-31 were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal culture medium of Rhodotorula glutinis RG-31 was glucose 10 g·L-1, beef extract 3 g·L-1, yeast powder 5 g·L-1, K2HPO4 1.5 g·L-1、MgSO4 0.5 g·L-1、CaCl2 0.2 g·L-1. The optimal culture condition was the pH of 6, the culture temperature of 28℃, and the rotate speed of 240 r·min-1. After culturing for 60 h, the content of astaxanthin was 7.41 μg·mL-1, which was 2.61 times of that before optimization (2.84 μg·mL-1), and the biomass was 20.5 g·L-1, which was 1.90 times of that before optimization (10.8 g·L-1).
