    高分辨熔解曲线基因分型技术及其在水稻分子育种中的应用

    High Resolution Melting Genotyping Technology and its Application in Rice Molecular Breeding

    • 摘要: 高分辨熔解曲线(high-resolution melting,HRM)分型技术是基于不同DNA片段双链熔解温度差异而进行基因分型的技术,理论上可以区分单个碱基差异的不同DNA分子。由于其较高的分辨率及无需传统的凝胶电泳等优点,HRM技术发明后在医学诊断、植物分子育种等方面得到了大量应用。通过分析HRM的技术特点,并总结HRM技术在水稻分子育种中的应用进展,最后展望了HRM技术在水稻分子育种中的发展方向及应用前景。

       

      Abstract: High resolution melting was a genotyping technology based on the double-stranded melting temperature differences of different DNA fragments, which could theoretically distinguish different DNA molecules with single base differences. Because of its advantages such as high resolution and the absence of traditional gel electrophoresis, HRM technology has been widely applied in the aspects of medical diagnosis, plant molecular breeding and so on after its invention. By analyzing the technical characteristics of HRM, the application progress of HRM technology in rice molecular breeding was summarized, and then the development direction and application prospect of HRM technology in rice molecular breeding were prospected.
