    3种形态饲料对大口黑鲈生长和免疫力的影响

    Effects of Three Kinds of Feed on the Growth and Immunity of Largemouth Bass

    • 摘要: 为研究投喂膨化颗粒饲料、自制软颗粒饲料和冰鲜鱼3种形态饲料对大口黑鲈生长速度、饲料效率及免疫力的影响,将360尾平均体重为86.3 g·尾-1的大口黑鲈随机分成3组,分别投喂膨化颗粒剂饲料、自制软颗粒饲料和冰鲜鱼3种不同形态饲料,每组设2次重复(把中位数当作第3次重复),养殖周期60 d。结果表明:投喂冰鲜鱼的大口黑鲈生长速度最快,其次是投喂自制软颗粒饲料,投喂膨化颗粒饲料的大口黑鲈生长速度最慢;投喂冰鲜鱼和自制软颗粒饲料的饲料系数较低,投喂自制软颗粒饲料的蛋白质效应最高;与膨化颗粒饲料相比,冰鲜鱼和自制软颗粒饲料具有改善大口黑鲈非特异性免疫功能的作用,其碱性磷酸酶及总超氧化物歧化酶活力均显著高于膨化颗粒饲料(P<0.05)。综合分析生长指标、饲料系数、免疫力等因素,投喂自制软颗粒饲料的养殖效果与冰鲜鱼相近,是较好的大口黑鲈配合饲料。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effects of feeding three kinds of feed including puffing pellet feed,self-made soft pellet feed and forzen trash fish on the growth rate, feed efficiency and immunity of largemouth bass.The 360 tails of largemouth bass with and average weight of 86.3 g·prawn-1 were randomly divided into three groups,which were respectively treated with puffing pellet feed,self-made soft pellet feed,and forzen trash fish,and two replicates were set for each group(the median was treated as the third replicate).The culturing period lasted for 60 days.The results that largemouth bass treated with forzen frash fish had the fastest growth rate,followed by treated with self-made soft pellet feed,and largemouth bass treated with puffing pellet feed had the slowest growth rate.The feed coefficients of treated with forzen frash fish and self-made soft pellet feed were the lower,and the protein efficiency of treated with self-made soft pellet feed was the highest.Compared with the puffing pellet feed,the non-specific immune function of largemouth bass could be improved by the forzen trash fish and self-made soft pellet feed.The activity of alkaline phosphatase and total superoxide dismutase were significantly higher than that of puffing pellet feed (P<0.05). Based on the comprehensive analysis of the factors such as growth index, feed coefficient and immunity, the feeding effct of self-made soft pellet feed breeding on largemouth bass was similar to that of frozen trash fish, it was a better compound feed for largemouth bass.
