    表面增强拉曼光谱在农残检测中的应用

    Application of Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy in the Determination of Pesticide Residues

    • 摘要: 农药在现代农业中广泛使用,残留在环境或瓜果蔬菜中的农药会对人体健康产生巨大的威胁,因此农药残留检测在现代农业生产活动中扮演着重要的角色。表面增强拉曼光谱(Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy,SERS)技术在农药残留检测上有操作简单、快速检测、成本低等优势,在农药残留检测领域有着广泛的应用前景。对拉曼散射的基本原理、表面增强拉曼的机制和拉曼增强活性基底的特点3个方面进行了介绍,并结合相关文献对表面增强拉曼技术在农药残留检测上的研究进行了综述和展望。

       

      Abstract: With the wide use of pesticides in modern agriculture, pesticide residues in the environment or fruits and vegetables have a huge threat to human health. Therefore, the determination of pesticide residues plays an important role in modern agricultural production activities. The technology of Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) has the advantages of simple operation, rapid detection and low cost in the determination of pesticide residues, and has a broad application prospect in the field of pesticide residue determination. In this paper, the basic principle of Raman scattering, the mechanism of Surface-enhanced Raman and the characteristics of SERS-active substrate were briefly introduced, and the research of Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) in the determination of pesticide residues was reviewed and prospected by combining with the related literature.
