    福建省食用菌政策性保险发展的探索和思考

    Exploration and Reflection on the Development of Policy-based Insurance for Edible Fungus in Fujian Province

    • 摘要: 为了实现食用菌产业可持续发展,亟须建立健全食用菌政策性保险制度。通过对近几年福建省食用菌政策性保险发展现状进行梳理,指出了在发展中存在参保意识薄弱、服务能力不足以及三重道德风险行为等问题。基于此,从政府支持、市场运行和行业自身等角度提出了对策建议,以期为食用菌政策性保险发展提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the sustainable development of edible fungi industry, it is urgent to establish and perfect the policy-based insurance system of edible fungi. By sorting out the current situation of the policy-based insurance for edible fungi in Fujian Province in recent years, the problems existed in the process of development were pointed out, such as the weak consciousness of participating in the insurance, insufficient service ability and triple moral hazard behavior. Based on this, the countermeasures were put forward from the perspectives of government support, market operation and the industry itself, in order to provide reference for the development of the policy-based insurance for edible fungi.
