    Technical Regulations for the Seedling Breeding of Paris Polyphylla Smith var. Chinensis Franch.

    • 摘要: 七叶一枝花种苗繁育技术是人工种植产业发展的基础,通过多年的七叶一枝花种苗繁育技术生产试验研究,制定了七叶一枝花种苗繁育技术规程。根据《中药材生产质量管理规范》要求,对七叶一枝花种苗繁育的产地环境要求、育苗地整理、种子育苗、根茎育苗、育苗地管理、病虫害防治、种苗起挖、种苗等级及检验、包装、贮藏和运输等方面开展研究,以明确种苗繁育过程各个关键技术最优方法和指标,规范七叶一枝花种苗繁育技术,为其种苗规模化生产提供技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: The seedling breeding technology of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis Franch. is the foundation of the development of the artificial planting industry. Through many years of experimental research on the seedling breeding technology of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis Franch., the technical regulations for the seedling breeding of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis Franch. were formulated. According to the requirements of "good agricultural practice for chinese crude drug", the research was carried out on the environmental requirements of production area for the seedling breeding of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis Franch., the rearrangement of breeding ground, seed breeding, rhizome breeding, the management of breeding ground, disease and insect control, seedling excavation, seedling level, packaging, storage and transportation, in order to define the optimal methods and indicators of each key technology in the process of seedling breeding, and standardize the seedling breeding technology of Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis Franch., which could provide the technical support for the large-scale production of seedlings.
