    Development and Application of Performance Evaluation System for Scientific and Technical Personnel in Fujian Provincial Public Welfare Agricultural Research Institutes

    • 摘要: 建立基于互联网技术的农业科研院所科技人员业绩评价系统是农业科研院所发展的必然趋势。通过梳理福建省属公益类科研院所运行特点及科技人员绩效评价存在的主要问题,以均衡比较为重点,从指标设计、院所特色、横向比较、技术实现等方面研究基于互联网的福建省属公益类农业科研院所科技人员业绩评价系统的设计与实现。

       

      Abstract: It is an inevitable trend for the development of agricultural research institutes to establish the performance evaluation system of scientific and technical personnel in agricultural research institutes based on the Internet technology. In this paper, through sorting operation characteristics of Fujian provincial public welfare scientific research institutes and existing main problems of performance evaluation system for the scientific and technological personnel. focusing on the balanced comparison, the design and implementation of the Internet-based performance evaluation system for the scientific and technological personnel in Fujian provincial public welfare agricultural research institutes were studied from the aspects of index design, institute characteristics, horizontal comparison and technical realization.
